چکیده
The ?-lactoglobulin (BLG) gene, which is responsible for the biological value indicator that affects ratio of protein fractions, level composition and technological characteristics milk presents considerable interest dairy cattle breeding. purpose our work was to identify relationship with polymorphism beta-lactoglobulin gene biochemical blood parameters productivity Holstein cattle. This research carried out in 2020-2021 on 148 cows Integrated Agricultural Production Centre “Stud farm named after Lenin” Atninsky district Republic Tatarstan. As an effect studies, it shown animal herd polymorphic gene. Population represented by three genotypes: AA - 24.3, AB 47.3 BB 28.4%. frequency occurrence alleles A B 0.480 0.520, respectively. In group animals genotype BLG serum detected increased content indicators metabolism (total protein, albumin, ALT) minimum urea. Cows whit genotypes are characterized mass fraction fat MSNF (milk solids non-fat) dry matter. supported FASO Russia project number: 122011800138-7.

15 صفحه اولAssociation of Genetic Variants ofB-Lactoglobulin Gene with Milk Production in a Herd and a Superior Family of Holstein Cattle
Polymorphism of the b-lactoglobulin (b-LG) gene in 101 cows belonging to the Holstein herd and a superior cow, producing more than 150 Kg milk/day, together with four offsprings was investigated by the Polymerase Chain Reaction-Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method. In the Holstein herd, the alleles A and B of the b-LG gene had frequencies of 0.53 and 0.47, respectively. Th...

The objective of this study was to determine the polymorphism of bovine β-lactoglobulin (β-LG) gene and its association with milk production traits in Iranian Najdi cattle. Blood samples were collected from 80 Najdi cattle from the Najdi cattle breeding station located in Shoshtar, Khuzestan. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) techniqus were used...
متن کاملSingle nucleotide polymorphism of the lactoferrin gene and its association with milk production and reproduction traits in Iranian Holstein cattle
Bovine lactoferrin (LTF) is a member of the transferrin family of iron-binding proteins. This protein is present in a wide variety of biological fluids and shows important physiological functions in body. In this study, 404 blood samples were collected from Holstein dairy farms in Iran. A 301 bp fragment of intron 6 in bovine LTF gene was amplified and the animals were genotyped using polymeras...
متن کاملAssociation of Kappa-Casein Gene Polymorphism with some Biochemical Blood Indicators in Guilan Native Cattle of Iran (Bos indicus)
Evaluation of the blood and milk biochemical parameters always is considered as effective key factor for animal health and dairy products. In order to assess the association of kappa-casein (K-CN) genetic variants with blood biochemical indicators, blood samples were randomly and individually collected from 126 Iranian Guilan native cattle. Blood plasma was used to measure blood glucose, urea, ...
